Provincetown is a magical place to visit at any point during its summer season, and for special events at other times of the year. However, one of the best times to go is for the annual Provincetown Carnival.

This year’s carnival week ran from August 15-22. The parade took place on Thursday, August 20. The theme was Deep Sea Disco, prompting all manner of fishy costumes, sailors and mermaids.
