It seems that condragulations are in order? Drag Race season 13 alumni Denali Foxx is now a fiance to partner Alexander.
In a full announcement posted onto Instagram, the happy couple shared a carousel of images depicting their love story alongside the words: “We engaged! Six years ago you asked me to dance at Berlin not even a week after I moved to Chicago and six years later I asked you to marry me on your 30th.
“To a whole lifetime of adapting to what life throws at us, morphing into the new versions of ourselves and our family and to endless nights on the dance floor. Now give me that corporate insurance! Love you.”
Michelle Visage was quick to express her delight for the pair, where she commented “CONGRATS TO YOU BOTH” alongside a flurry of other Drag Race alumni, who joined in the celebrations of the pair.
This includes Detox, Jorgeous, Malaysia Babydoll Foxx, Margaret Y Ya, Monica Beverly Hillz, Raja, Rosé, Olivia Lux, Sminty Drop, Tayce and Vanity Milan.
Fans joined in the congratulations too, with one tweeting that they were “crying on a bus rn.” Another added: “OH MY GOD I’ve never been happier for 2 people in my entire life”.
Denali Foxx rose to fame on RuPaul’s Drag Race season 13 and appeared in one of the most memorable lip syncs in Drag Race’s herstory when she hit every single beat and nuance to Crystal Waters’ underrated banger ‘100% Pure Love’.
Speaking to GAY TIMES exclusively at the time of her elimination she said: “That lip sync, everything aligned for me to put on a good show. To get those compliments from Ru, I will never forget that.
“I have learned that I can handle a lot more than I thought. I am way more resilient and stronger than I thought. I also learned to cherish sisterhood and community and I have learned to be proud of my past.”
