Actor Luke Macfarlane had one eventful Father’s Day.
Bros star Luke Macfarlane, who came out in 2008, shocked his followers by announcing the arrival of his baby girl, Tess.
“Tess Eleanor Macfarlane— Born June 4th 2023,” he wrote on Instagram. “We started life with some hectic days and received world class care. On Father’s Day we got to take her home. Her Dads can’t wait to introduce her to all the remarkable people and the beautiful world we live in.”
We are so happy he got to be with his loved ones for his first Father’s Day. Speaking of father, Macfarlane also introduced his two-hundred-thousand followers to his partner, skier and sports agent Hig Roberts. He tagged Roberts in the post and shared a video of them carrying their newborn home.
Roberts and Macfarlane have been tight-lipped about their relationship up until now, and have only shared a few photos together online. While Macfarlane has been out about his sexuality for a few years, his partner Roberts came out in 2020. He was the first member of the U.S. Alpine Ski Team and first male World Cup alpine skier to come out.
Many friends flooded the comments section of the heartwarming post with messages, including Bros Co-star Billy Eichner, Colton Underwood, Gus Kenworthy, and Shangela.
Congratulations to the happy family!
