There’s a new Hilton-affiliated hotel in Los Angeles called The Anthem.

It opened in January and is part of Hilton’s Tapestry collection. Owned by Chartres Lodging Group, it lies in the heart of what’s becoming known as the stadium district. It’s also just 10 minutes from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

The hotel is a stone’s throw from the Intuit Dome, and close to the SoFi Stadium, the YouTube Theater, the Kia Forum, and the American Airlines Plaza.

As such, the concept for The Anthem seems aimed at those visiting the city for local concerts or sporting events.

“The Anthem was designed to move with its audience,” says Maki Bara, President and Co-Founder of Chartres Lodging Group. “It’s a hotel that can shift effortlessly from the excitement of a championship game to the buzz of a sold-out concert or the flow of a work trip that ends courtside. We wanted to create a space that feels both vibrant and grounded, comfortable, practical, and ready to reflect the energy of whoever walks through its doors.”

It offers 179 rooms around a courtyard pool with a striking, hand-painted mural.

Adapting for different events

The hotel features adaptive spaces, including the Soundwave Pool Bar, ‘The Stage’ rooftop for skyline views and live performances, and a neighboring, indoor ‘Backstage’ lounge area.

‘Tom’s Watch Bar’ is the main food and beverage hub. The bar also features big TV screens and promises the “Ultimate Sports Watching Experience”, perhaps for those preparing to head off to watch a game later.

“The Anthem isn’t just near the action, it’s part of it,” says Stephen Chavez, General Manager of The Anthem Hotel. “We’ve created a space that reflects the rhythm of Los Angeles’ Stadium District, vibrant, connected, and full of possibility. Here, events start and end at The Anthem, where the crowd becomes the atmosphere itself: a sea of fans in jerseys, tie-dye, and festive glam. It’s an energy unlike what other places can offer.”

For example, next week, hotel guests can enjoy a glam makeover session ahead of Lady Gaga’s nearby concert at the Kia Forum. Alongside this, Tom’s Watch Bar will serve up Gaga-inspired food & cocktails, and DJ Mother Tierra will spin the Gaga hits.

Sadly, the event is open only to hotel guests (boo!), but it demonstrates how The Anthem plans to adapt itself depending on the big events that occur in the neighborhood. Future concerts over the next few months at the Kia Forum include Brandi Carlile, Florence & The Machine, Lorde, Charlie Puth, Ariana Grande, and Rosalía, among others.

The Anthem Hotel is located at 3900 W Century Blvd., Inglewood, CA 90303.

The hotel is offering a special launch promotion: earn 10,000 Hilton Honors Points per night when booking the exclusive Private Rate using Promotional Code P0. Reservations can be made via The Anthem Hotel’s booking link here.
