Pete Hegseth’s “best mentor” gets linked to dirty reads about cuckolding & wife swapping
Pete Hegseth and his deputies are known for their sloppy work.

Pete Hegseth installed his “best mentor” in a senior role at the Pentagon to help establish a so-called “warrior ethos.”
But Hegseth’s mentor might not apply the same kind of discipline to his personal life. His email address was linked to a public Goodreads account with all sorts of filthy texts.
Eric Geressy, who served with Hegseth in Iraq, is a senior advisor to the scandal-tarred secretary. One of his responsibilities is leading a team reviewing the role of women in the armed forces.
In Hegseth’s 2024 book, The War on Warriors, he cites Geressy’s opposition to women serving in combat roles. According to Hegseth, Geressy believes the Army has unfairly awarded medals to women for their sacrifices on the front lines.

“If SGM Geressy was a transvestite—or gay, or black, or a woman—he would have three Distinguished Service Crosses and be on the front of a Wheaties box,” wrote the man who’s in charge of the largest fighting force in the world.
Since being confirmed as Pentagon chief, Hegseth has championed a ban on out transgender service members and rolled back nearly every diversity initiative. Presumably, Geressy is on board with the secretary’s atavistic priorities.
That includes Hegseth’s efforts to essentially bar journalists from reporting on the Pentagon. Earlier this year, scores of journalists, who work for outlets ranging from Fox News to the New York Times, handed in their press badges rather than abide by Hegseth’s draconian restrictions.
But journalists’ physical absence from the Pentagon hasn’t resulted in Hegseth’s desired whitewashing. Seemingly every day, there is a new leak about the former weekend TV host’s alleged unlawful acts. Congress is reviewing whether Hegseth ordered a follow-up fatal strike on a purported drug boat in the Caribbean, which could be a war crime.
Given the magnitude Hegseth’s power, it’s imperative to learn about his confidants. That curiosity led a Mother Jones reporter named Dan Friedman to discover that Geressy’s email was linked to the aforementioned public Goodreads account. Some of the selections were military-related.
But many were not.
The account’s “currently reading” list included XXX-rated works about cuckolding, group action and “Thai ladyboys” (a derogatory and outdated term).
A screenshot shows books titled Asian Wife Went With Her Dad’s Friend: A Cuckold Story and Thai Wife Sharing And Watching sandwiched between Hegseth’s book and other war-fighting memoirs.

Is Pete Hegseth turning to gay adult entertainment for inspiration?
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth’s military maneuvers have everyone thinking the same thing.
We’ve already covered speculation that Hegseth, who demands that soldiers keep their faces nice and smooth, is turning to gay adult entertainment for inspiration. The titles of recent U.S. military operations seem like they would belong on Geressy’s alleged Goodreads account…
Of course, people are allowed to be into whatever they’re into. Friedman also uncovered that Geressy’s name and biographical info appeared in three data breaches of adult websites geared towards infidelity and swinging, including Ashley Madison.
When Friedman presented the Pentagon with his findings, a spokesperson called the article a “hit piece.” Around the same time, Friedman received a jarring email from a MAGA agitator named Jack Posobiec, who asked him to comment on his alleged “creepy fetish for Asian women.”
Friedman perceived Posobiec’s email to be a threat. He contacted Friedman again Wednesday, asking if him, his wife or his in-laws would wish to comment.
“What I can control are the standards I aim for,” writes Friedman. “They reflect the values of Mother Jones, and the influence of other journalists, one of whom is my wife. She makes the judgment I’ll live with.”
As far as Geressy’s values, the now-deleted Goodreads page seems to paint a dirty picture.
