[PHOTOS] Los Angeles Comic Con 2025 serves Homo Superior cosplay

Gotham City may have Batman and Robin, but this weekend, the real home of homoerotic superheroes was Los Angeles. From September 26-28, geek-chic Angelenos of all shapes, sizes, and sexual orientations assembled in DTLA for LA Comic Con 2025.

Since 2011, this festival of fandoms has attracted artists, writers, filmmakers, and the stans who love from across Southern California and around the world.

But the legions of cosplayers who strut the halls of the Los Angeles Convention Center each year aren’t satisfied with just reading about these mutants and meta-humans in comic books (or more probably streaming them on their laptops). They live for bringing these heroes to life. Donning spandex and body paint, these adorkable fashionistas embody the personas of cyberpunk web slingers, DILFy Gods of War, and demon-hunting pop stars.

As a shout-out to these queer-friendly cosplayers, we snatched the best geek culture couture of LA Comic Con 2025.
