The history of Halloween in West Hollywood dates back to 1987, when it began as a small celebration primarily for the LGBTQ community, characterized by creative costumes and a spirit of self-expression.

Over the years, it has evolved into the West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval, the largest Halloween street party in the world, attracting hundreds of thousands of participants each year.

Entertainers used to play the main stage. I was there in 2015 when Boy George performed—along with Rihanna, Queen Latifah, and Darren Criss. Please enjoy the photos I took below.
