Gay and other LGBTQ celebrities have poured into Wimbledon this year, with Rebel Wilson, Sebastian Croft, Ian McKellen and others. The post Wimbledon has hosted many out celebrities this year, including several gay actors appeared first on Outsports.

Wimbledon is approaching it’s final weekend for 2025 up, and there are plenty of celebrities on hand to witness the great tennis.

And while there was a flurry of upsets in the first round, the men’s semifinals feature four of the six top seeds including Novak Djokovic, Carlos Alcaraz and top seed Jannik Sinner, while the women’s top seed — Aryna Sabalenka — is also still alive.

There have many celebrities on hand to witness the tennis, including some gay, lesbian and bi stars.

Sebastian Croft was “serving tennis realness” with his Dad also in attendance. His father, according to Croft himself, wore an LGBTQ Pride pin for the occasion. Croft has been in a few things, including Heartstopper.

Ian McKellen is probably best-known for his iconic performances as Magneto in the X-Men movies, as well as Gandalf in The Lord of the Rings films. He’s been nominated for two Academy Awards, including Best Actor for the gay themed Gods and Monsters.

Rebel Wilson

Rebel Wilson is an Australian actress with 11 million Instagram followers.

Tom Daley

Olympic champion diver and upcoming Traitors participant Tom Daley was on hand to watch one of the days of tennis at Wimbledon.

Of course there are plenty of current and former out LGBTQ pro tennis players at Wimbledon, including Daria Kasatkina who advanced all the way to the third round, and Wimbledon champions Billie Jean King and Martina Navratilova, who are both working for the BBC.
