On Wednesday, both the 23-year-old singer and the 26-year-old actor shared snaps flaunting their fitness progression and let’s just say they are seriously pumped up!
Since backflipping onto the scene, Boone has become known for teasing his musculature in sparkly, form-fitting jumpsuits and other scantily-clad stage looks.
With a mullet, stache and plunging onesie, he’s keeping the sweaty ’70s vibes alive for a whole new generation.
Well, now he’s showing off all his beautiful things in a gym selfie alongside one of his boys.
Boone shared a slideshow recapping his recent stop in Glasgow, Scotland. Buried amid the gallery of blurred shots of himself and glimpses of the city was the pièce de résistance: image #7.
In that snap, the Grammy-nominated crooner looked sculpted out of stone as he and a friend posed shirtless after some sort of intense workout.
From the yoked shoulders and bulging biceps to the rippling abs and shredded thighs, Boone was serving Greek god realness.

Manu Ríos may have seen Boone’s progress pic and said hold my protein shake.
The Elite alum brought out the big guns when he shared a mirror selfie to his Instagram Story.
Rocking a Dodgers cap, wavy Benson Boone-esque curls, facial scruff and a black tank that perfectly outlined his jacked physique, the Spanish stud launched his muscle twunk era while his piercing baby blues looked intently into a dirty mirror.
You’re so vein, Manu!
Now Ríos has always had an enviable physique, but it’s obvious he’s been doubling down on his shoulder and bicep routine.
And like with Boone, the gays were not subtle with their appreciation for Rios’ recent growth spurt.

Perhaps it was a totally a coincidence, but Rios’ latest thirst trip arrives just as the new season of his Netflix series Breathless is about to drop.
The Grey’s Anatomy-esque Spanish-language series premiered on Netflix in 2024 and centers on medical staff inside the fictional Joaquín Sorolla public hospital in Valencia, Spain. While the series features queer characters and storylines, Ríos does not play gay as he did on Elite.
However, season two features the addition of out Spanish pop star Pablo Alborán so the hotness quotient just doubled.
Let’s hope some gym progess selfies of Ríos and Alborán surface soon!
