For over 15 years, queers have traveled over the Rocky Mountains to enjoy 5 days of Wintery fun. Tom Whitman, the founder of Elevation, has created an event welcoming to all LGBTQ+ snow lovers. Whether you go for the late-night club parties, cozy days in the lodge, or you have your gear already packed for the mountain, you’ll find friendly faces and exciting opportunities to be your most fabulous self.

We can think of no better way to celebrate Valentine’s weekend than by exploring the enchanting island of Ireland. This festival puts the magic of the Emerald Isle on full display with drag celebrities performing throughout the weekend, local artists and creatives put their talents on display, and plenty of traditional Irish culture to enjoy.

Who doens’t love a brand new bear weekend? The stunning island of Puerto Rico will play host to this highly anticipated event. Everyone, get ready to party, because a historic San Francisco venue is back, baby! The Castro Theater has been an institution in SF’s gay district for many years and has sadly been closed for renovations for quite some time. Now, she’s back as a live music and performance venue, and we couldn’t be more thrilled! This grand re-opening event will showcase local drag legends, live DJ sets, and a few sexy go-go dancers if you’re lucky.

Throughout all of February and part of March, Cape Town puts on a slew of LGBTQ+ friendly events to celebrate the vibrant and blossoming queer community. On February 28th, the culminating Pride Parade and Mardi Gras kick off for a wild day of glitter, beads, love, and laughter.

One of the last Winter Pride events of the season, this celebration could not be more ideally located. On the gorgeous frozen shores of Lake Placid, LGBTQ+ Winter enthusiasts gather for a weekend of skiing, dancing, cozy lodge fires, brewery tours, and more. There will even be an opportunity to ice skate on the original Olympic Oval!
