Luke Evans and Fran Thomas hit Mexico with Jonathan Bennett and Jaymes Vaughan
How’s this for a hot foursome?

Two of our favorite gay celebrity couples hit Mexico recently. Boyfriends Luke Evans and Fran Thomas, and husbands Jonathan Bennett and Jaymes Vaughan, posted photos together from the swanky Nobu Los Cabos.
The luxury hotel is situated in the town of Cabo San Lucas, on the Southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula.
Social media postings suggest this was a promotional get-together for BDXY, the clothing brand launched by actor Evans, Tomas, and fashion stylist Christopher Brown. The trio launched the brand in 2024.
Evans and Tomas, alongside other models, have featured in many of the promotional images for BDXY. The label specializes in classic menswear inspired by the fashion worn by Hollywood icons in the 50s and 60s.

Evans and Tomas both posted Instagram posts from Nobu Los Cabos. Joining them on the trip were actor Jonathan Bennett (Mean Girls) and his husband Jaymes Vaughan (The Amazing Race).
Bennett shared a slideshow of images. It included two images of the four men together.
Both Tomas and Evans posted responses, thanking Bennett for joining them and saying they’d had a great time.
“What a trip!! Thank you for coming!!” said Beauty & The Beast star Evans.

Evans posted a video of himself etching the brand name into the sands of the beautiful, sandy beach.
Both he and Tomas also posted videos showcasing their gorgeous hotel.
Cabo San Lucas
This is far from being the first time Bennett and Vaughan, seasoned travelers, have hit Mexico. The men’s marriage, in March 2022, included a beachside ceremony at the Unico Riviera Maya Hotel, midway between Tulum and Cancún.
Los Cabos is a municipality in the state of Baja California Sur, on the other side of Mexico. It encompasses the two towns of Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. Although not on the Mexico mainland, it offers the same traditional Mexican appeal as bigger resorts such as Cancún or Puerta Vallarta.

Cabo San Lucas offers a couple of LGBTQ bars and clubs and is considered a safe and welcoming destination for gay people. Many travelers adore it because it offers small-town charm alongside its beautiful beaches. As the temperature hovers between 61°F and 79°F in January, it’s also an inviting winter escape.
Besides Nobu Los Cabos, other recommended hotels include ME Cabo and the portfolio of luxury rentals offered by Cabo Villas.
