Sin City knows how to give back!Keep Memory Alive's annual Power of Love gala invited the biggest stars in entertainment to raise crucial funds and awareness for the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health.The established healthcare center has dedicated its efforts to find, fund, and facilitate the most innovative research, treatment, and support for patients and their families affected by brain disorders.This year's gala honored Las Vegas native Jimmy Kimmel and included a legendary group of performers and guests including Earth, Wind & Fire, Lisa Vanderpump, Anthony Anderson, Jason Bateman, Kristen Bell, Dax Shepard, Billy Crystal, and many more. The charity is so important. I know what it takes to run a foundation. The work here is so important and the illnesses are devastating,” Vanderpump tells Out Traveler.Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard are personally affected by brain disorders in their own family, so the initiatives set by the Cleveland Clinic really hit home for the couple.“You would be hard-pressed to find someone that’s not affected by brain diseases. My grandma had Alzheimer’s and Kristin’s grandfather had it. There’s 11 million caregivers and a lot of people with these disorders,” Shepard says.
