The charity is so important. I know what it takes to run a foundation. The work here is so important and the illnesses are devastating,” Vanderpump tells Out Traveler.Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard are personally affected by brain disorders in their own family, so the initiatives set by the Cleveland Clinic really hit home for the couple.“You would be hard-pressed to find someone that’s not affected by brain diseases. My grandma had Alzheimer’s and Kristin’s grandfather had it. There’s 11 million caregivers and a lot of people with these disorders,” Shepard says.
