‘Euphoria’ Season 3 Trailer Is Here And Everything Has Changed
Say your prayers... a new season of 'Euphoria' is on the horizon.
Yes, it’s real. After years of delays, theories, and will-it-or-won’t-it speculation, Euphoria Season 3 officially has a trailer, and it wastes zero time reminding viewers just how unhinged this world can be.
HBO unveiled the long-awaited footage and confirmed that the series returns Sunday, April 12, 2026, nearly four years after the Season 2 finale aired in February 2022. Goodbye High School
The trailer confirms a major time jump, pushing the story firmly into adulthood and leaving East Highland High behind. That shift comes with bigger choices, darker fallout, and far less room for excuses.
At the center of it all is Rue. Zendaya’s character is once again in deep trouble as drug dealer Laurie resurfaces, reminding Rue that unpaid debts don’t disappear with time. The footage suggests Rue’s attempts at survival are becoming riskier (and more dangerous) than ever.

Familiar Faces, New Paths
Cassie’s arc takes a jaw-dropping turn. Sydney Sweeney appears as an adult content creator, while also preparing to marry Nate, played by Jacob Elordi. One standout exchange shows Nate fuming over Cassie’s online work, only for her to brush it off as “just making content.”
If the trailer is any indication, their relationship remains volatile — just with higher stakes and fewer filters.

The teaser also confirms the return of Jules and Maddy, portrayed by Hunter Schafer and Alexa Demie, respectively. While details about their storylines are still under wraps, the footage hints that both characters are navigating reinvention in their own ways.
Also returning for Season 3 are Eric Dane, Maude Apatow, Chloe Cherry, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, and Toby Wallace. A Stacked Guest Lineup
Season 3 is bringing in a powerhouse group of guest stars, including Colman Domingo, Trisha Paytas, Dominic Fike, Nika King, Sharon Stone, Rosalía, Danielle Deadwyler, Marshawn Lynch, and Natasha Lyonne.
Series creator Sam Levinson returns as writer and director, continuing his vision of Euphoria as a raw exploration of addiction, desire, faith, and the search for redemption. After Years of Delays, It’s Finally Happening
Production on Season 3 faced multiple setbacks, including extended scheduling delays and the cast being released to pursue other projects in 2024 — a move that raised concerns the show might never return. HBO later reaffirmed its commitment to the series, promising fans that the next chapter would be worth the wait.
Still, not everyone is fully sold, with longtime fans already debating what the four-year gap may have done to the show’s identity. As one viewer commented on YouTube, “The way the three seasons of Euphoria feel like three different shows now…”
Others echoed a similar sentiment, with another fan writing, “This feels more like an action movie than a teenage drama show.”
