[EXCLUSIVE] This year’s Broadway Bares promises martinis & men in bikinis
The name is Bond, naked Bond.

The name is Bond, nekkid Bond.
Broadway Bares, the most revealing and show-stopping annual benefit show in New York City history, is back this Pride Month, and the category is secret agent. With, um, a very stripped-down twist.
Inspired by the high-octane spy movies and detective characters you know and love, 200 of the most-talented dancers in the city are taking on characters like James Bond, Ethan Hunt, and Austin Powers in their skivvies in this larger-than-life and glamorous production.
This year’s show, Broadway Bares: License to Strip, will seduce audiences (and their wallets!) on Sunday, June 21 at Hammerstein Ballroom with two performances at 9:30 pm and midnight.
Of course, the best part is that it’s all for a good cause.
The annual tradition is produced by and benefits Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, and raised a record $2.4 million at last year’s standing room-only show.
According to the press release, we can expect “coquettishly covert encounters,” “flirty, full-throttle reveals,” and, naturally, lots of “unapologetic queer joy.”
