On Friday the 13th, Los Angeles ‘ creatures of the night descended on the Avalon Theater in Hollywood for “Fred and Jason’s Halloweenie.” Benefiting the local non-profit Project Angel Angel Food, the theme of this year’s party-with-a-purpose was “Rock Star,” summoning the spirits of such queer musical icons as Madonna, Elton John, David Bowie, and more.
