While so much attention is being paid to the out LGBTQ athletes competing at the Paris Olympics, we shouldn’t forget the coaches.
This rundown of out coaches previously included one more out LGBTQ coach: Canada women’s soccer manager Bev Priestman. However, she was sent home from the Paris Olympics amidst a drone spy issue that is sure to sadly rock her career.

Curt Miller is a two-time WNBA coach of the year and current head coach of the Los Angeles Sparks. He’s an assistant coach on the USA women’s team.
Cheryl Reeve, USA, Basketball
Cheryl Reeve is one of the most successful WNBA head coaches, having led the Minnesota Lynx to four league titles.
Alfred Reft, USA, Volleyball
Alfred Reft is also head coach of women’s volleyball at UCLA.
Sabine Tschaege, Germany, Rowing
