Despite its size and plethora of activities to enjoy, Texas might not have the same appeal as the other larger (gayer) states in the US, destinations like California and New York. However, now that some of The Lone Star State’s biggest cities have experienced an influx of young, progressives – times are changing

Dallas

You can’t talk about being gay in Dallas without mentioning Station 4. This massive party hub has 14 different bar areas, constant themed nights, and plenty of booty-shaking contests to win!

JR’s has solidified its reputation as a Dallas hotspot over the years, offering an amazing 2nd story balcony patio, tasty food, and a crowd that never stops dancing.

It wouldn’t be Texas if there weren’t a little cowboy flair. Undeniably, Round-Up is Dallas’s largest country line-dancing venue, offering fun events every weekend.

Houston

San Antonio
