23 sizzling photos from the POSH PVR weekend in Puerto Vallarta
A boat trip, pool parties and brunch were among the highlights of the second Posh PVR escape to Mexico.

The second Posh PVR vacation took place in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, from July 24 to 27.
Exec Eventz organizes the hedonistic, sun-soaked gathering. The group arranges corporate and entertainment industry events, as well as runs regular POSH parties.
Exec Eventz launched in October 2017 with a POSH Halloween party at the upmarket Pepsi Kola House lounge in New York City’s Meatpacking District. The success of that venture led to monthly events in NYC.
The group later expanded to other cities, including Atlanta and Los Angeles. They now run a tour of POSH pop-ups in cities like DC, Miami, Houston, Dallas, and international cities such as Toronto, Paris and London.

POSH events are usually centered around Pride festivals in their respective cities or other cultural moments of interest to the LGBTQ community, such as fashion week in Paris or Art Basel in Miami.

The first POSH PVR trip took place last year. Its success guaranteed a return event this summer. Like in 2025, it consisted of daytime pool parties and nighttime club events. The 2026 outing also included a brunch and a yacht trip. Much of the action took place in and around the Almar Resort. However, Eden’s rooftop bar and the late-night venues Industry and Club Jets hosted other parties. A brunch was also held on the rooftop bar, Skytop. Opportunities to relax, have fun, and make new friends abounded.

“Only the beginning”
“Our PVR Escape getaway continues to prove what’s possible when community, culture, and intentional experiences come together,” a spokesperson for ExecEvents told GayCities.
“With a 10-year residency at Almar LGBT Luxury Resort, we’re building something that goes far beyond one weekend; we’re creating a destination and tradition for our community. Each year, our goal is to elevate not only the events and programming, but the overall guest experience while continuing to partner with brands that genuinely support and invest in LGBTQ+ spaces. These last two years’ success is only the beginning for the POSH brand.”
