For three seasons, OUTtv’s hit series X-Rated: NYC has followed the oh-so-messy drama of a group of gay adult film stars living, working & ****ing in the Big Apple.
Now it’s time for last adventure as they head down south for the “ultimate boys trip”—and it sounds like they’re bringing all that mess with them.

When adult film legend Boomer Banks lands a DJ residency at South Beach Miami’s iconic LGBTQ+ hotspot Hotel Gaythering, he decides to invite his O.G. X-Rated co-stars Max Konnor and Joey Mills along.
But this group has typically been a foursome (original cast member Dante Colle eventually jumped to X-Rated: LA, then was replaced by Angel Rivera last season) meaning they have another hole to fill—hey, get your mind out of the gutter!
This time around, they’re adding Drake Von to the mix, the 23-year-old OF star who’s no stranger to drama thanks to his very public feud with his twin & his apparently controversial age-gap relationship with Mark LAX.
And—surprise, surprise—his arrival just stirs the pot even further. Joey Mills, for one, doesn’t take kindly to the new interloper, accusing him of being a charisma-less, gay-for-pay clout-chaser.
But Drake’s not going to take that lying down (not this time at least), meaning this Miami vacation’s about to be the grounds for some all-out twink-on-twink warfare.
Meanwhile, has Max really found “the right guy at the right time”? It sure looks like it judging by that steamy waterfront makeout. And Boomer’s residency seems to be going to his head, acting like the producer of everyone’s time in Miami—and the show itself!
Of course, if you’ve been keeping up with X-Rated, you know it’s all in good fun. The wild reality series has always played it fast and loose with the word “reality” and that’s just how we like it.
And beneath all the campy chaos the series continues to be an unparalleled platform for frank discussions about the adult film industry, the good and the bad, touching on topics like queer safe spaces, mistreatment of performers, and what it takes to stay relevant in an ever-evolving digital world.
In that sense, we’re a little sad to see X-Rated: NYC go, but we love to watch it leave with Ultimate Boys Trip, a spin-off that sends off Boomer, Max & Joey in appropriately explosive fashion.
Like seasons past, this one comes from Daddy TV, the unscripted content powerhouse that specializes in unfiltered, uncensored queer programming like button-pushing dating show For The Love Of DILFs, exotic dancing tournament Willam’s Dark Room Duel, and the wild, Tiffany “New York” Pollard hosted competition series Slayers: Wheel Of Fate.
