Atlantis – Caribbean cruise – February 1-8, 2026

Gay cruise experts Atlantis say this February event is their biggest annual event. It has a capacity for 5,500 passengers. The company says 3,000 tickets were snapped up within the first two weeks of going on sale.

The ship sets sail from Miami on February 1. Over a week, it will visit three Caribbean islands: Haiti, Puerto Rico and St Maarten. Rest assured that on the days you’re at sea, you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to onboard entertainment, parties and… well, opportunities to make new acquaintances.

Symphony of the Seas is the biggest ship to ever host an all-gay cruise. It offers four pools, five entertainment venues, a zip line, an ice rink, and 17 decks, among many other amenities.
Prices start from $1,399, and monthly payment options are available.

Atlantis – Tropical Americas – January 15-26, 2026

If one week is not enough for you, Atlantis also has an 11-night cruise planned that will visit six different countries. Its ‘Tropical Americas’ jaunt takes place on Virgin Voyages’ beautiful new Brilliant Lady ship. Join 2,500 others on a cruise from Miami, Florida, taking in: Costa Maya, Mexico; Puerto Limon, Costa Rica; Colon, Panama; Cartagena, Colombia; and Oranjestad, Aruba, before returning to Miami. The itinerary allows you plenty of time to explore some of the historic sites and rainforests of Central America.

As always, aboard the ship, expect non-stop parties, an impressive line-up of live entertainment, sumptuous buffets, and other dining options.

Prices start from $1,499 per person.

VACAYA – Caribbean cruise – February 14-21, 2026

VACAYA is another queer cruise specialist. Its annual big Caribbean cruise will take place on the 2,678-guest Nieuw Statendam from Holland America. It will set off from Fort Lauderdale on Valentine’s Day. Over a week, it will visit four locations: Turks and Caicos, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and its “own private island in the Bahamas”, Half Moon Cay.

The beautiful ship offers two pools, elegant restaurants and bars, and world-class performance spaces. The VACAYA team guarantees a “mix of music festival and cutting-edge signature entertainment” aboard the seven-night escape, but they stress you’re free to do as much or as little as you feel like. It is, after all, your vacation.

VACAYA operates a solo travellers Facebook group for those wanting to double up to keep their costs down.

Prices start from around $1,197 (if sharing with four others). If there are two people in a room, you’re looking at prices from around $1,418 upward.

VACAYA – Northern Legends Cruise – May 27 – Jun 6, 2026

If you’re less interested in tropical beaches and more so in Celtic history and Nordic myths, then VACAYA’s Northern Legends cruise next summer may be more your thing. The ten-night cruise explores Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Faroe Islands and Iceland. The trip starts in Glasgow, before moving on to Belfast, the Faroe Islands, and then Reykjavik, the capital of the land of fire and ice. You’ll be able to explore some of the country’s geysers and thermals spa lagoons, at a time of the year when the sun barely sets.

The trip takes place aboard the L’Austral, a luxurious “superyacht” belonging to the French Ponant cruise line (complete with French crew).

Big Gay Cruise – Western Caribbean Cruise – February 8-14, 2026

The fourth annual Big Gay Cruise event sets sail from Fort Lauderdale on February 8, 2026, for six nights on the gigantic Allure of the Seas. The itinerary includes Nassau in the Bahamas, Puerto Costa Maya and then Cozumel in Mexico, before returning to Fort Lauderdale. Expect “exclusive nightclub events, daily happy hour drag shows, costume contests, themed parties, and an exclusive theater performance.”

This is not an exclusively queer cruise. Big Gay Cruise organize large group bookings (around 500-550 people) for queer customers and allies and provides separate entertainment events aboard the ship, often of the drag variety. However, you have the whole boat to explore, and some people prefer the more mixed atmosphere. It’s also usually more affordable than an all-gay cruise, with prices starting from $719 for an interior room based on double occupancy.
