There’s a new, men-only, sex-positive gay cruise on its way

We know that some gay cruises are already a little risque with their party planning. A new operator in the market is looking to push things a little further.

RU5H announced its arrival with a stall at the recent Folsom Street Fair in San Francisco.

“Designed for men who crave more than a getaway, RU5H will deliver unapologetically sex-progressive vacations in the form of 3- and 4-night full-ship cruises, resort takeovers, and pop-up fetish events that combine underground energy, uninhibited freedom, and just the right amount of hospitality,” says a press statement from the new travel operator.

It promises to set “a new standard for queer adventure. Built on five pillars – 5EX, 5timulation, 5eduction, 5ubmission, and 5atisfaction – RU5H creates a journey where guests revel, connect, and release every inhibition. From darkly decadent parties to round-the-clock fetish-fueled experiences, RU5H is engineered for men who want to play harder, let go of inhibitions, break free from personal boundaries, and live out (nearly) every fantasy.”

A follow up post clarified that trans-identifying gay, by and pansexual men are all welcome.

There are no details as yet on the first adventure. However, a website is now up and running. Interested cruisers can sign up for details as they’re released.

“Fearless creativity”

The brand’s stall at Folsom offered fair-goers merchandise and a taste of some of the fun that might be available. According to Out, there were men in pup masks getting down to business in slings. Woof!

“RU5H is where sexual freedom and adventurous travel meet,” said a statement from the company’s founders. “Launching at Folsom Street Fair was our way of honoring the fearless creativity of the kink community and inviting men everywhere to take that spirit with them on every RU5H escape.”

They say they’ll announce the first RU5H “all-gay big-ship getaway” in mid-December. We presume it will take place in 2026.
