Over the weekend, the tricks and treats of Los Angeles went trick-or-treating at the WeHo Halloween Carnaval 2025. Angelenos of all shapes, sizes, and sexual proclivities descended on the Los Angeles queer enclave to strut the iconic Santa Monica Boulevard in their most fiendish fashions.
Since 1987, West Hollywood has hosted the WeHo Halloween Carnaval along its gay thoroughfare as a way of fostering community, essentially serving as an autumnal counterpart to its summer Gay Pride Festival. In a city like Los Angeles, defined by its car culture, the opportunity to rub elbows (among other appendages) with your neighbors and gaybors is both rare and welcomed.
