Do you want to go cruising around Croatia with fitness instructor Shaun T?
Island hop around the beautiful Adriatic coastline and get pumping with Shaun T.

Shaun T is hosting a luxury, wellness-focused yacht cruise this September around Croatia’s stunning Adriatic coastline.
Shaun is the fitness powerhouse behind Insanity, the high-intensity workout programme that became a sensation when it launched in 2009. The gay trainer, author, and motivational speaker has since built a global following through his dynamic, results-driven approach to exercise.
Over the last three years, he’s also turned his attention to bodybuilding and has bulked up to enter competitions.

“A high-energy, high-touch retreat experience”
Shaun T will co-host this tour alongside JJ Dancer for Stamps Tours. The eight-day cruise runs September 20-27, 2026.
“Sailing from Trogir to Dubrovnik, this intimate retreat brings together daily world-class fitness and movement sessions, curated evening experiences, island-hopping, swim stops, wine tastings, guided cultural moments, and long golden hours on deck,” says the itinerary.
“This is not just a fitness trip. It is a high-energy, high-touch retreat experience where every detail is designed to help you feel stronger, more open, more connected, and fully alive.”

Guided walks and tours of the regions are included in the price, along with dance classes, motivational mindfulness sessions, wine-tasting events, games nights and other social activities.
The all-inclusive price starts at $6,000. We get the sense that many of Stamps Tours’ trips are marketed at fitness-loving women, but on a recent X post, Shaun T said, “I opened up a few spots just for the guys on my Croatia Yacht Retreat.” He says that any men who join the trip receives a discount on a future all-male retreat that he’s planning.
Croatia’s coastline is one of the Mediterranean’s most breathtaking stretches of water. It offers a mosaic of over a thousand islands, hidden coves, and medieval port towns rising dramatically from the Adriatic.

Island hopping here means exploring UNESCO-listed Dubrovnik’s ancient walls, the lavender fields of Hvar, and the car-free charm of Korčula. Vis and Mljet are further ports of call on this particular cruise.
