[PHOTOS] The Jingle Bell Fun Run was a festive frolic through the streets of Provincetown

The festive season in Provincetown kicked into high gear with Holly Folly, the only LGBTQ+ holiday festival in the country. What began in 1997 as a small gathering to celebrate the holiday season is now a three-day festival filled with entertainment, art, food, holiday shopping, nightlife, the Jingle Bell Fun Run, and more merry events.

For decades, Provincetown has been a safe haven for LGBTQ+ people. This holiday season, LGBTQ+ people need welcoming and healing spaces. Ptown is that space, and Holly Folly is an opportunity for LGBTQ+ visitors and locals to gather and celebrate the holidays with their chosen family.
